Who did this?

I do not rembember the year, but it was most likely 1970 or 1971. One of the counselors on camp had a Jag E-Type and was driving from main campus on the road to Siberia. A deer came out on the road and hit the car. Anyone remember this? If you do who was it?

I don't remember the incident, bu the cra belonged to my counselor, Davey Greenberg.

It sounds vaguely familiar, but I have no idea to whom it happened.

Did Davey Greenberg really have a Jag?

It most definitely was Davey. It was the car given to him by his dad (aka Demps). As I recall Davey may have been returning from Stroudsburg (if so perhaps with food including milkshakes from the Colonial Diner). He encountered a deer. The deer jumped over the front of the car and did not quite clear the vehicle leaving major damage with his hind legs. Deer 1- Greenberg 0. The deer always won those encounters and trips back from Stroudsburg late at night frequently necessitated caution, slowing down, shutting off the brights, and surviving. Some of you may remember encountering a woman in standing in shock on the road outside of camp after she hit a deer with her VW Beetle. Beetle was totaled deer was dead.

Thanks for the memories...
